1. Our National Flag
National flag is the symbol of sovereignty of a nation. Every nation of the whole world has a national flag of its own. Bangladesh has also a national flag. The proportion of its length and breadth is 10:6. Our national flag is a piece of rectangular green cloth with a round red dislike patch in the middle. The radius of the red circle is one-fifth of the length of the National flag. The green colour represents the admiration of youthful vigorous well as the green fields and the ever green subtropical forest of Bangladesh. The red circle symbolizes rising sun with new hopes and aspiration of a new nation. The flag is hoisted everyday on the top of our important government buildings and educational institutions. It is hoisted everywhere on the Independence Day and the victory day. Our national flag always inspires us to dedicate our lives for the greater interest of the country (Bangladesh). So we are proud of it. We can uphold honourbeing responsible citizens of the country.

Tea is a popular drink all over the world. So, a tea stall is a common place to all classes of people. In a tea stall hot drink or tea is supplied (A Tea Stall). Biscuits, bread, bananas, betel leaf and others are also available here. It opens early in the morning and closes late at night. It is usually found at the turn of the road, in the train station or steamer ghat, near a factory or an office. A tea stall has normally two parts. In the front part there are chairs, tables and show-cases. In the other part there is the kitchen. A boy is employed in a tea stall. Sometimes, the owner himself serves as the boy and cashier. Different kind of people gathers here. They refresh themselves with a cup of tea and discuss different topics (A Tea Stall). Sometimes they discuss politics in a tea stall. Really its utility cannot be ignored.

5. Importance of English
English is an international language. No nation can do without it today. A pilot or stewardess, a telephone operator or a tourist guide must know English. Also a person who likes to get a job in a foreign office, in a post office or in a big hotel must know English. A postman must read foreign envelopes. In an airport, a pilot or a stewardess must talk to foreigners in English (language). A foreign office cannot also function without English knowing people. English gives an access to word’s knowledge and information English is a must for higher education. In today’s globalized era English has become the language of international trade and commerce. In fact English has become a common global language today. Therefore, one must learn English for getting a job, for business or for any other purpose. Thus the necessity of learning English cannot be ignored in any way. So, every one of us should learn English.
6. Load Shedding
Now days load shedding has become a common word in our country. Load shedding means the shortage of the supply of electricity for the time being. It happens when the production of power is less than the demand. Load shedding is almost a daily incident in cities town and villages. Shops, factory, hospitals etc are all affected by it. Industries and mills are fully stop and production is hampered for this. Even operation stop in hospitals for load shedding.Students close their books sit idle in darkness because of load shedding. In fact it should not allowed to continue in the present condition. The government is to take necessary steps to check it as early as possible. For this the government should set up more power stations in the country.
7. Your Classroom
A classroom is a place where classes are held for teaching students.Our classroom is in the ground floor of our school building.It is a very big room.It has two doors and eight windows.We can have sufficient air and light.The room is also well electrified with six fans and five tube lights.There are a blackboard, a chair, a table for the teachers and twenty low and high benches for the students in our classroom. It can accommodate sixty students. Our classroom is very neat and clean.I feel comfortable to attend classes in this classroom.We like our classroom very much.
8. A Day Laborer
A day labourer is one who does not have any permanent work. He usually earns his daily living by doing hard work.He gets early in the morning and goes out in find of work.He works hard form dawn to dusk and gets his wages at the end of the work.Then he goes to Bazar to buy his daily necessaries.He has to work hard to various field.He is always dependent on his employer.On some days, he earns more and his family can eat well.It is a happy day for them.But this does not happen regularly.Some days he does not find any work.Then he and his family have to go without food.So sorrow and sufferings are his daily companions.He does not know what is joy and happiness.He earns his living by the sweat of his brow.But he is ill paid very much neglected. Sometimes he is maltreated.But the servive of a day laborer is of great importance.So we should show due respect to them.
